Chris began as a chef in 1978, serving nine years with P&O cruise liners including Sea Princess, Oriana and the QE II. After arriving in Australia, Chris worked with Peter Rowland catering and William Angliss TAFE both in Melbourne, Pallotti College retreat centre in Millgrove, and the Convent Gallery, Daylesford.
Now Chris prefers the personalised approach, ensuring your dining experience is perfect for the occasion.
